Since my time at ASU, I have not really attended many social events at ASU. However, I have attended many technical events and talks. The one I liked the most was my most recent participation in the event Devils Invent. I with my friends decided to take part in it. With my ambition of avoiding the oblivion and helping the world, I took first step towards it by making a vertical farming system. My team's idea was to make a system with exponentially beneficial agriculture practice which was going to be a boon for the whole world. With many agricultural fields in the same amount of land, we can multiply the food production widely. The event seemed to be really challenging as it was a long process and required critical planning and preparation. The idea itself cannot take you beyond the line and I learned that you need to implement a refined and specific team plan. I also learned the importance of time management and sleep. The three day long event was overall marvelous with the food being great and the mentors being greater. It was definitely worth my time as I learned a lot and am looking forward to the next event.

Me, Myself, and I
In today's post I would like to introduce myself. I am Prakhar Bajpayee, and I am currently studying at Arizona State University. Fortunately I study what I love, Computer Science. I am a freshman but I hope to graduate early. I have had much luck with my studies and I usually take much more credits than a sane person. This does affect my sleep schedule and you can often times find me exhausted but I guess I like this now. Imagine saving a semester worth's money and spending that on yourself. That motivates me out of my tiredness. I think I am funny, at least in my mother tongue I am. That is however, one of my challenges. I like to do crazy stuff and I would call myself a troubled kid. I find myself struggling in holding conversations with people who do not understand my first language. That is definitely my goal, to be better able to talk to people. As I am a fun driven person, I love being outdoors and just messing around. I play soccer for fun and take part in other club events like robotics. I try to balance a healthy life with my coding life as it is a hard hard thing to maintain. Usually coders drop out at a significantly early age due to health issues like wrist pains or back pains. I want to avoid that and be productive for a longer time. My ambition is to do something non-oblivious and have a meaning to my life. I have chosen coding to be my weapon for the fight against oblivion and societal problems.
why chipotle is my life
When I first came to America, I was scared and lonely. My college was supposed to start in a week and I had to do a lot of things like getting a bank account and a phone number. I only had one thing to rely on, Chipotle. Chipotle is a Mexican food joint and an absolute delight. I would call it the best food place ever not just be because the food is cheap, but also because you see how your food is made and you can customize every last detail of it. The food is delicious easy on the eyes and on the pocket. With options ranging from vegan to non vegetarian, Chipotle serves everyone and therefore is just a beautiful place to eat. With completely recyclable dishes and cutlery, Chipotle looks to conserve the future for a longer amount of time, something which a lot of us are losing the grasp of. The ambiance, the soft music and the food are just a delicacy blended with perfection. On that note I would like to reiterate, Chipotle is indeed my life.

The secret Secret Garden
The secret Garden at ASU is my favorite place on the whole campus because it is a secret. I often go there just to relax and spend alone time listening to music sitting in an open field. It brings back my memories of my farmhouse in India. I would include a picture of the place, but I would rather have it remain a secret. Not many people know about this place and therefore not many people go there. It is such a secret that even if you look at it through google maps, you would not be able to find it. Believe me, I tried. The access to the garden shall remain a mystery as it involves going there through a cave, but once you reach the garden and see the sky with through the walls, you reach a different bliss altogether. With its little fountain and beautiful flowers, the Secret Garden is truly a delight to be at. I try to be there once every two weeks, follow me on my quest as I feel I could definitely have a chat with anyone about anything there!
